The purpose of this demo was to showcase big Web Apps' new product "big Web Desk". Taking a simple problem, in this case a broken light bulb, we demonstrate how big Help Desk makes the lives easier from the point of view of the Customer, Administrator, Technician and Executive. Also included in this demo is a behind the scenes look at the life of a ticket, showing teh 7 steps the ticket goes through behind the scenes to make everyone's live easier.
The demo was developed in Flash for use on the web, in sales presentations and at trade shows, maximizing the usefulness of this piece over multiple customer touch points.
