FiServ, a Fortune 500 company that provides information management systems and services to the financial and insurance industries, needed to streamline its process for sharing solutions brochures and other collateral at its tradeshows. Hot Sauce Studios developed a custom, web-based application that allows FiServ to maintain categorized documents for its tradeshows; visitors to the shows can then select the documents they would like to receive by email.
We worked extensively with FiServ to develop a clean, intuitive user interface, both for the company's own staff who are tasked with uploading documents into the system, and for the end audience. The application features easy drag-and-drop organization of documents as well as a number of AJAX technologies for responsive management of hundreds of documents.
