George Carless
George Carless likes to stir up ideas while sprinkling in technology for good measure. George has several years' experience in online marketing, web development, knowledge management and CRM, as well as in branding and company identity.
Since graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of London in 1999, George expanded his skills with clients such as Calumet Photographic and The Chicago Board of Trade and Channel 4 Television UK, as well as running web and graphic design for Manhattan Associates. George's hobbies include classic arcade machines, photography, and home brewing.

Jordan Patsios
Jordan adds creative spice to the Sauce. In addition to designing leading-edge looks, Jordan's fluency in the language of interactivity drives his ability to accurately communicate complex information. To him, this is what great design is all about. Jordan began his career in 1991, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Georgia State University. Complementing his knowledge of print and video media, Jordan's special abilities in interactive design lend an even greater dimension to his ideas. He has produced a wide variety of projects for clients such as AT&T, Bank of America, Cartoon Network, General Mills, Manhattan Associates, Southern Company, Timken, Warner Brothers and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.

Ashley Rivera
Ashley Rivera has been interested in the creative process as far back as she can remember. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Graphic Design. As a working professional, she’s designed for a variety of corporations and design firms in the Atlanta area. Some of Ashley’s more recent work includes creating different materials for the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week attendees in New York, and she won second place in a national eco-bag contest for Kroger. In her free time Ashley enjoys photography, digging up cheap antiques, and Saturday morning coffee.

Jay Hoots
Jay Hoots doesn't come from a traditional development background, but you wouldn’t know it from seeing his work. During his time creating electro loops and later recording projects in Seattle, Jay developed a love of all things computer-related. Jay transformed his knowledge of DAW software into a developing career, utilizing leading-edge web techniques including HTML, Flash, CSS and Javascript.

Julie Clute
Julie craves order; in her role as project manager, she is responsible for scheduling, making sure we do what we said we were going to do, and making the occasional overworked developer cry. Julie is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor's in Marketing and a minor in Spanish. She enjoys finding new restaurants in Atlanta, shopping, clothes, fashion, and keeping the team updated about celebrity gossip.

David Raymond
With extensive experience in web project management, SEO, and SEM strategy and tactics development, David has provided creative direction and digital marketing leadership for leading web-based and retail-focused organizations. David has provided world-class for corporations such as MicroSoft, The Coca Cola Company, Walt Disney Company, BellSouth, T-Mobile, Optima Properties, VSR Networks, XcelleNet, Digital Communications Associates, Green Mountain Energy, and the Boys and Girls Club. His work has earned national recognition from the New York Film Festival, Show South, and the Society for Technical Communications. David has comprehensive knowledge and experience in web-based project management and digital marketing. His passion is helping early stage organizations make smart marketing, technology, branding, and customer-focused decisions that lead to great services and product offerings. David has a BS degree from Florida Institute of Technology in Technical Communications with studies in Space Sciences and Mechanical Engineering. He is an avid cyclist, runner, and triathlete and embraces any opportunity to participate in activities that challenge the limits of what an individual can do on any given day.

Will Carless
Multi award-winning journalist and author Will Carless specializes in providing unique website content for companies large and small. Will has written for several publications including the New York Times, the Times of London, voiceofsandiego.org, and numerous magazines. He has thousands of published articles to his name, and is currently working on his second novel.
An avid traveler and surfer, Will currently resides and works remotely in Yogyakarta, on the island of Java in Indonesia. He is married to Christin, a teacher, and has a young daughter, Magnolia.
